CleverMoms Coupons and Deals Forums: abuse and neglect

so here is my dilema, any feedback would be much appreciated. a few months ago my niece had woke up from a bad dream after being with her mother, who is my sister, for the weekend. when asked about the dream she said it was about her moms boyfriend. then she made a very obscene sexual jester. thier father took the girls into the emergancy room where they found no physical evidence of abuse. This happened twice and they are constently making sexual comments or covering themselves even in thier sleep. after confronting my sister she disapeared for 5 weeks. she didn't even call them. then all of the sudden she wanted them again. thier father allowed her to have them on the weekends as long as she wasn't around her boyfriend and she had to stay at my moms. she refuses to even think that her boyfriend could do such a thing although we have found that he is quite the con artist and he tells blatent lies, but she thinks what he says is the gospel. She chose him. now that she is seeing the kids again she is sneeking them over to see her boyfriend and now the girls are acusing my nephew of touching them. we have caught the youngest trying to get him to kiss her stuff. cps says they won't help cus there isn't enough to go on. tell me this, in tne state of michigan do they realy have to wait until a poor little girl gets ripped open to investigate anything. they wouldn't even talk to the kids. they just said that because the er said there was no physical evidence they couldn't help.
