Hello and Welcome! There are many menu planning options... With a small family you could easily cook one night and do leftovers the next. Or freezer cooking - small portions... or cut recipes in half.

I cook for just 2 usually too. It was hard for me after cooking for 3 growing boys. lol I just make smaller amounts of things. I try for easy too whenever I can. Sometimes we just have a steak with salad. I do tho use any leftovers for his lunch the next day when I make larger amounts. You can try planning 2 nights- make something one night and use the leftovers for a different meal the next. I make soup out of left overs.

Hello, I'm a SAHM and by dinner time I'm going crazy trying to cook up something easy and quick. I surfed the net and saw this link which had something interesting. Check this out. http://www.enviromom.com/2008/06/quick-easy-dinn.html which also talks about easy dinner recipes.

Hi,
I'm looking for some quick and easy dinner ideas. I'm a mom working from home and my toddler takes a lot of time. I need some expert ideas. I saw a couple of posts on http://mybaby.com/playground which helped. But, I need more recipes in hand to feed my picky eater.

Welcome Benjibaby. A few recipes have been posted in other threads that you might want to check out. If you have a picky eater you may consider Menu Planning Central (www.menuplanningcentral.com) which is a menu planning service that allows you to select food that you prefer in your menus.
