Just found out dh has high cholesterol. Anyone have good low cholesterol diet recipes and/or tips to cut the fat/cholesterol?

my dh just found out he too has high Chl and BP
so we both cut out all salt, try to eat fat free
or low fat foods, we switched to Skim milk.
his clh has dropped 70 pts since May.
plus he has lost 15 lbs. more exercise too.
use soft cheeses and butter, eat more whole grains,
fiber. almonds and any nuts are good. more fresh fruits
and veggies. if you eat take out, try to cut the amount
you eat or eat grilled food. Chinese food is VERY hi
in Sodium, so we eat way less than before.
my DH is on BP and Chl reducing med's as well.
he loves eggs, so limit those to less than 3 a week,
and try to eat only egg whites. We use Omega 3 rich eggs.
eat more Salmon, and Tuna. also Fish oil pills are helpful too.
cut out caffeine, drink more water.
