Seafoam candy recipe 3 c. sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 2/3 c. water 2 egg whites 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts (optional)
Boil sugar, corn syrup, and water together until it will form a hard ball when dropped in water. Beat egg whites and salt at speed 3 for 3 minutes in a large bowl. Pour syrup slowly into beaten egg whites while beating at high speed. Continue beating until mixture passed the glossy state, add nuts and vanilla and continue beating until mixture forms a peak when beater is raised, pour on buttered platter or drop on wax paper.
This one is the easiest to make.

That sounds easy enough- I always look for new candy recipes that are easy. But have to ask - what does it taste like and do i store it in an air tight container?

It sounds like divinity, so my guess is you'd want an airtight container for it.
