I missed Thursday, but have exercised every other day this week including today. Plan to work out on Sat to make up for Thursday. I'm also journaling my eating and it's really helping me stay focused. If I know I have to write it down, I think twice before putting it in my mouth, it seems! Also, it's gotten me back on track 100% on water and taking vitamins: both of which I had gotten kind of inconsistent about. |
