Congrats! Isn't that an amazing feeling? It took me over a year of having lost the weight before I stopped "window shopping" at the plus size stores. Weird. Final pounds are hard. Change up you routine - add intervals - change your diet a little. Keep varying your routine. Add more exercise to your "normal" routine such as taking stairs, parking far away, bringing groceries in one bag at a time. We've heard it before, but it all adds up. Every extra movement you do counts. Good luck. Keep me posted. |
