Ok, Helen, I looked through my log this morning and realized I have held the same weight for 7 weeks now! So, this morning I am kicking it back up as I still have 17 lbs to be in my weight range but 26 to be at my ultimate goal! I know I can do it and feel extremely motivated! I just have to cut out the stuff I have ADDED Back and increase the exercise. I am VERY proud for not gaining though because I know that I have learned new habits that will ensure I will not regain this weight! :) So, off to the gym! Have a great day!!! OH thanks for the compliment. :))) I am not much of a poser for pictures, I am usually the one taking them all... but someone finally snapped me! :) |
