I have lots of ideas, but I also have company this weekend, so I'll post a few now and more later as I think about it. 1. maintaining (or finding! haha) motivation (in general) 2. motivation (when there is little-to-no family/spouse support!) 3. what (really) to eat 4. why diet "fads" don't work? 5. lo-carb or lo-cal? 6. affordable fitness ideas/fitness w/o a pricy gym membership! |
