Okay, I am going to jump on the exercise bandwagon again. Several months of not stepping on a scale and summer craziness has taken its toll. My goal is to lose 25 pounds and maybe even 30 if I can manage it. Hopefully I will be able to make time to exercise while the baby is down for her nap since the other kids will all be in school. So, starting Monday, call me out if I don't post anything! (And I'll try to get something in this weekend, even if it's just marathon house cleaning.) |
