Hi girls.

It might be good to set up a weekly (or twice-weekly) forum date with each other. Kind of like buddy training. You report in Fridays, for example, what you did for the week, how you did it, how you felt, etc. And if you didn't do anything, still report in. We all have weeks where we cannot get things done, and that's OK. The main thing is to keep in touch. That will help you get motivated. Sometimes even confessing is good too. I'll start. I made nachos for dinner...and got into my son's Hershey with almond bar. Oh, and I had a Skor bar earlier too. Ah, getting that off my chest felt good!
