Hey Helen.... I wanted to run my "plan" by you and see if it makes sense. I want (need) to lose 20lbs (at least) by Christmas and that is my goal. Monday - Weights, 1 hour Tuesday - Run or elliptical, 30 min. Cardio kickboxing, 1 hour class. Wednesday -Weights, 1 hour Thursday -Run or elliptical, 30 min. Cardio kickboxing, 1 hour class. Friday - Weights, 1 hour Saturday or Sunday - Run or elliptical, 30 min. I'm thinking this should be good, but is it right to alternate cardio and weights or should that happen on the same days with more actual days "off"? At this rate, I'll be doing an hour or more of some kind of exercise 5 days a week, 1 day of 30 min and 1 day off. THANKS!
