1). It's a little more than I'm doing now, but not really that much more than I was doing in the spring when I was actively losing lbs (except for increasing the weight lifting intensity I guess.) Then I was doing curves MWF, KB on T& TH and I ran 3 days also. My kickboxing class was on summer hiatus until today but I've been doing weights and running on alternate days the last week or so. Most of the summer was Curves, running (sporadically) and water aerobics.

2). Why run and kickboxing?...Well, I just LOVE my cardio KB class, but I also wanted to keep up on my running. My goal is to run early in the day and then KB is in the evening. Should I cut back on the running for a while do you think? I hate to give up the KB...I saw great results from it before.

As far as weights, I thought it was lower weight/higher reps in order to not "bulk up"? I want the flab gone, but I don't want to look like the Hulk either.
