OK, I'm going to try it for 2 weeks and then see how it's going. Tonight was my first KB class again and I'm beat! But I know it takes a little getitng used to, also. One more question (for now, lol) if I'm doing the weights as you say, is it possible I may actually gain before losing as muscle builds? I don't want to freak out over the scale, but of course it's hard to stay away from it, too. I just want to be prepared. :) Mostly, I'm really excited. I feel out of the funk I'd been in and ready to get back to whole-heartedly attacking the flab! haha! |
