Guess I'll start posting on here and hold myself accountable!! Since we moved here 6 weeks ago I have been going to the track (walking)4-6 times a week depending on the weather and stuff. I started out doing 1-2 miles a day and have worked my way up to 3-4 miles a day. I have dropped 2 sizes in my pants and have of course lost some of my bust as well, lol. My weight isn't a concern to me, I just want to have some muscle tone and feel great! I am wanting to lose my belly though...but I'm afraid that might take more commitment on my part. I've always had a bit of a belly, even when I was a size 4 several years ago it stuck out some. All our money is going towards our house right now so joining a gym is out of the question for a few months....
Aside from crunches and trying to eat better (hard to do right now) does anyone have any ideas? I drink almost only water now, about 4 bottles a day and only drink soda and coffee once or twice a week now. I think my downfall with food is dinnertime...I tend to overdo it and/or eat too late in the evening...
Kudos to all of you keeping up the hard work!! It sounds like eveyrone is doing really great!!
