Hey you guys! Glad you are getting back on the "wagon" Tammy. You will feel so much better once you find your routine. It's hard to make a move and try to get settled. It will be hard in the beginning, but after a couple of weeks you will fee like your "old" exercising self again. Thanks for the link, Thimbleluvr. I don't think people realize the value of just MOVING every day. We get so caught up in what we do (or don't do) in the gym that sometimes we fail to realize that just incorporating activities into "real" life will give us a far larger gains. Take care, girls. Keep me posted. I worked out my upper body just now - haven't done it properly in awhile - they are shaking. :-) |
