I had my first really good, full workout yesterday, finally! I'd done a little during the past week, but we had a lot of orientation things for my daughter to attend at the gym, so it wasn't the same. I ran and did some weights and I can feel it today!! :) I actually like feeling a little sore, it reminds me that I've used muscles that hadn't been doing much and it kind of makes me feel 'alive'. It also reminds me to watch what I put into my mouth. haha. Is that odd? haha. Have a great week everyone. My goal is 5 workouts, which might be hard because I'm going out of town next weekend, but going to do my best! |
