Lord I'm wasn't 5lbs from pre-kiddo weight when I was 5 minutes pregnant I think! haha. Congrats crazymomma! I have a LONG ways to go to that point. I am doing good tho. Walking daily for 30 min at work and hitting the gym a few nights also. On nights I don't go to the gym, I've been trying to walk. So I guess I really am walking about an hour a day, which I just realized! I've also cut out my morning cappuccinos (bad habit!) and replaced it with coffee and these sugar free flavorings I've found! I've also cut out the soda which is touch considering I'm working at pepsi, haha, but drinking lots of water. Hopefully all these small changes will add up to big differences!! :) |
