He went and seen his Pulmiologist today. He is still having breathing problems. She listened to his chest for the longest time. Then they did a Albutrol treatment before sending him for chest x-rays. He has Pneumonia pretty bad in his left lung and his oxygen level is at 94 and she said his should be at 98. His Asthma is acting up also.

I showed her the video I had taken of him breathing on Tuesday, she pointed out the signs of how he was having a hard time breathing and what to look for.

He has no coughing or runny nose or anything.

She showed us that when he was breathing, how his ribs would show alot, and all the retracting he was doing to try to breath. He would also take a big breath every so offten. I feel so bad for him.

So he will be on Zithromax for 5 days, Prednisolone (sp) for 5 days, Albuterol with his nebulizer every 4 hours for 3 days. He is to stop his QVAR and Albuterol inhalers for now and do Pulmicort with his nebulizer twice a day. He has to go back and see the Pulmiologist next week to see how his breathing is doing.

They did get his weight at 26 lbs.
