4th of July

Anyone have big plans for 4th of July? Any family traditions? Favorite things to grill? Do you have something that you always bring to a BBQ? My go to item is usually fruit pizza. So easy to make. Part healthy, part dessert, but totally yummy!

This is a great recipe to add some citrus to your grilled chicken. I've done something like this but instead of orange juice, I used the frozen concentrated orange juice. Enjoy!

* 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
* 1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
* 1/3 cup orange juice
* 6 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)

Directions

1. MIX barbecue sauce, orange zest and juice. Reserve 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture. Pour remaining barbecue sauce mixture into shallow baking dish. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast. Cover.
2. REFRIGERATE 30 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
3. PREHEAT greased grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 12 to 15 min. or until tender and no longer pink in centers (170°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the reserved 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture after 8 min.
