Hi,I'm Terri from SW WI, fairly new to this site and still looking/learning- I'm the mom of 3 grown boys, grandma to 4 beautiful children, I do enjoy cooking/baking and have even made a wedding cake - always looking for new and easy recipes - I amy work at home but seems I run out of time for making meals sometimes so easy is great! My other half, Greg, isn't picky so that helps. Looking forward to new ideas!

LOL Carolyn, I can totally relate. My six year old the other day declared he doesn't like Macaroni and Cheese. I was like "What?, You can't decide you don't like Mac & Ch. That is a staple!" LOL

Hi Terri!
I'm always looking for good meals that I can freeze. I like to freeze some in individual containers. This way my husband can take them to work and heat them up. I also find it good to have something I can defrost and heat up for the whole family if I am in a time crunch. I am looking forward to using this forum! Thanks for all your work!
