I took the big kids to see Harry Potter last night. It was great. From the comments I heard coming out though I guess you have to be a Potter fan to have really enjoyed it. That we most surely are! Great movie and one I will buy when it comes to the stores.

I'm hoping to see the movie one of these days. Anyone planning to get the book at midnight tonight? Dh has talked about taking the older girls to Barnes and Noble for their celebration, but I don't know if he'll actually do it or not.

I haven't seen the movie yet- not much on theaters but when it's out on dvd I'm there. I have read the last book- I was surprised with it as early b-day gift along with the rest of the set. My significant other stood in line 45 minutes to get it for me- he's a sweetie!

I love this series. It took me a while to read the first book, but after that I was nagging my husband to finish the next one in the series. I was seriously disappointed in the 4th movie - didn't follow the book very well at all and it was such a pivotal book, too. But all the other movies have been good.

I see the newest movie is out on DVD this month - I'm thinking I might have to just get that one.

Has the auther started any new series as yet? I can't imagine anything she writes not being good. I know she brought a love of reading to my son's life at a time when he refused to read much of anything else. And it's nice to see such a great success story happen in real life like hers.

I don't know if she is writing a new series or not. Wonder how to find out cuz her writing is good, I enjoyed those books very much. I agree, her success is wonderful.
