I sure haven't and I have waited the 6 to 8 weeks for them, the only stuff I get is from Walmart. I think alot of these sites are scams and just searching for information, addresses and stuff to send you a bunch of junk mail!! My daughter was NOT happy with the 'free' tampon we got last week, haha! She was all excited about the package and when she opened it she said "I didn't order this!"
