What do you usually do for lunch? Say, you're at work and you have a short lunch and can't afford (the time and money) to go out and grab a bite. And the vending machine doesn't look so attractive...I only have a 30 minute lunch :(
Fruit? Veggies? Deli Creations? Candy Bars?

I am a hairdresser and I never know if im even gonna have time to leave the shop. So I bring slim fast for a busy day and I can grab a sip between clients. And i also like the microwave soups and tv dinners. Just make sure you have silverware if you need it! I also try to keep a power bar in my purse for a just in case!

Thank goodness for the microwave right? Without it, I won't be able to heat up my deli creations sandwiches since they heat up in a minute or less. Wow, I've always wanted to be a hairdresser, they seem to really love their job!

Wraps are always a great lunch option and can be loaded with almost any kind of meat and/or veggies. Fruit and yogurt is another great option. And of course salads offer a wealth of options. I always found that if you can make lunches ahead of time, even if its the night before, it makes brown bagging it much easier and less stressful.
