I had to call Aaron's GI doctor today, he has bumped his G-Tube a few times. And it was bleeding some last night around where the tube was placed. He's complaining it hurts. Since he has central sleep apnea, I'm wondering if his tossing and turning hasn't pulled it loose some.
UPDATED:
Well, got him to the doctor today. Doctor said it looks good, it's just taking some time for it to heal up, that the seeping shows there is no infection. When he pushed on Aaron's tummy, he started complaining it was hurting. The doctor sent him for an x-ray then we had to go back to his office to get the results. Found out that Aaron's colon is so full of poop which is causing him pain, but the tube was fine inside. So he wrote Aaron a script out for Miralax once daily. He did say we can start putting some juice in Aaron's tube to help with his bowels also.
It was a long visit in Indy, they got Aaron is at 1:20p.m. and I didn't get home until 5:10p.m. I am so glad we are home now. Oh and Aaron's Mickey Button surgery is still scheduled for May 23rd.
