Thank you for the time you have taken to play the games and to contact me with your concerns. We are sorry but at this time we are unable to redeem points for cash. This has been done in order to cut back on the large amounts of fraud and liability we have been facing. We are very sorry but we would like to apologize by returning double the points you used in making your transaction. We hope to be able to reinstate these cards at a later time but as of right now we are no longer able to do so. We are still fulfilling all instant win and raffle prizes. However, due to major changes it will still take us to the end of the month to fulfill these. You will receive an email soon explaining how to redeem your prize.
We do realize it is unfair for those players who abided by our Terms of Service to not receive the winnings that they played for. However, because we weren’t prepared for such increased fulfillment and fraud that occurred so quickly when we added partners, we were not prepared with the proper fraud tools and the lines between honest and fraudulent players is hard to decipher.

I won 2 $25 Master cards, 1 in February another in March, this was before you're change in policy. If you cant pay these out how can you pay out 5- $50 prizes a day. This is costing you business and the word is out you cannot be trusted. It took me 2 hours a day every day to earn my points. It is going around you are a phony company and will not honer any prizes because of what you have done to loyal players. There may have been one or 2 cheaters out there but I even doubt that, you are going to continue to lose business until you make it right. So you gave me extra points to waste on phony prizes, what good does that do me. Just send me the $50 prize that you say you hand out daily.
This is the third e-mail I got from them, how can they pay out 5 $50 prizes daily and not pay past fue winners. What makes me mad as I won in Feb and March, I slowed down in april because all I was hitting was entries. I do not have the bbb e-mail address, but if you would send it to me I will complain to them as well, and my sister did the same think( we were racing to see who would get cards first).
